Excitement is the Key to Diet Success
Some of the biggest dreamers the world has seen are entrepreneurs. Think of Bill Gates. He started out with an idea and worked hard every day to make it happen. Early on, the success of Microsoft was largely due to the excitement that Gates put into his work. He would work late into the night every day and had genuine excitement about what he was trying to accomplish.
Excitement creates chemical reactions in your body. Think about what happens when you heat up a pot of water. The water molecules become more and more agitated as the temperature rises and they begin creating heat. You could say that the cause of the heat is the fact that the molecules have become excited.
If you’re starting a new diet, this is a great way to approach it, with a lot of excitement. If you’re not excited about the new direction that you’re taking with diet and fitness, then there isn’t much point in doing it. If you’re excited, you’ll be willing to step far out of your comfort zone and try new habits that can take root and help you to reach your goals.
